Over the next few years Chopsticks wishes to:

• Increase the number of disabled and long tern unemployed adults benefiting from Chopsticks services
• Implement new activities and services for members to learn new skills
• Expand the Garden Care Scheme
• Increase production of kindling wood to meet demand
• Ensure enhanced facilities to provide an encouraging work place
• Expand the types of disabilites that can be catered for with new activities matched to individual needs
• Offer services to people living in a wider geographic area
• Adapt referral systems to allow access by people in receipt of Individualised Budgets for their care
