We are happy to take direct referrals but for most people the process will involve your Care Manager who will look at the referral as part of your care package under an Individual Budget or Direct Payment.

 

Before making any decision on attending Chopsticks we always recommend that people come to visit us for a 'taster' day.   This allows us to assess what type and level of support we need to put in place but also allows you to decide whether you think you will be happy at Chopsticks.   We are always happy to arrange these 'tasters' free of charge.
