We went along to the Treat Me Well meeting at the mencap goosecroft centre. Mencaps campaign, Treat Me Well, calls on NHS staff to make reasonable adjustments for people with a learning disability which can help to save lives. It was great to see everyone and share our opinions on the struggles people with learning disabilities face when accessing healthcare. We learnt lots and look forward to attending the next meeting.
