Chopsticks (North Yorkshire) Limited is committed to making our website accessible and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We want everyone to be able to access our information, shop online and learn about our work. Our aim is to provide a website that is easy to navigate, readable and compatible with a range of assistive technologies.

What We’re Doing

To support accessibility, we:

  • use readable fonts and high-contrast colour combinations

  • add descriptive alt text to images

  • structure pages with clear headings and consistent layouts

  • ensure navigation and forms can be used with a keyboard

  • avoid flashing or fast-moving content

  • test key pages on mobile, desktop and screen-reader tools

  • use Squarespace’s built-in accessibility features where appropriate

  • offer an accessibility toolbar that allows visitors to adjust text size, contrast and other display options

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable for a small organisation.
