Welcome to the Chopsticks North Yorkshire website. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its online shop.
1) Who we are
Chopsticks (North Yorkshire) Limited is a not-for-profit, Registered Society regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Reg. No. IP28519R). We support adults with learning disabilities through meaningful work in a safe and supportive workshop environment.

We are VAT registered in the UK. VAT is charged at 5% on kindling and firewood, and 20% on all other goods.

2) Using this website
You agree to use this website and shop only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Access restricted areas without permission
Post or transmit unlawful, harmful or offensive content
Use the site to send spam or unauthorised marketing
Introduce viruses, malware or disrupt site functionality
We may update or remove content at any time.
3) Orders and payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use the payment method supplied.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Orders are subject to availability and may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable or incorrectly priced.
Payment is handled securely through our approved provider, Stripe, via Squarespace Commerce. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
4) Returns and refunds
All Chopsticks products are handmade or personalised by our team. We therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

5) Delivery and collection
We offer local delivery and collection options as shown at checkout.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on demand or availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to resolve issues promptly.
6) Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics, logos and downloadable materials on this site are owned by Chopsticks (North Yorkshire) Limited or our content providers unless stated otherwise.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. No part may be reproduced or distributed commercially without written permission.
7) Content you provide
If you send or upload content (such as feedback, photos or testimonials), you grant us permission to use it for operational or promotional purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
You confirm you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
