Returns & Refunds Policy
At Chopsticks (North Yorkshire) Limited, every item is handmade, upcycled or personalised by our team of adults with learning disabilities. Because of this, we aren’t able to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or you’re concerned about the quality, please contact us at laura@chopsticks.org.uk within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll take a look straight away and, if needed, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note
Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, finish or size are expected and part of its character.
Refunds are processed through our secure payment system and returned to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card provider.
Transaction fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable.
Personalised or made-to-order items can only be refunded if there’s a genuine fault. Natural handmade variations aren’t classed as faults.
