Delivery and Shipping Information

This page explains how we deliver your order, how collection works, and what to expect after checkout.

Processing times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. We’ll contact you if there is a delay.

UK delivery
We currently ship within the UK only.
All standard orders include free delivery with no minimum spend.
Most items are sent using a tracked courier service.
Larger or specialist items may need separate arrangements. We’ll contact you if this applies to your order.

Local delivery (Northallerton area)
Local delivery is only available for kindling.
Orders of 10 bags or more can be delivered locally free of charge.
Smaller kindling orders must be collected.
Place your kindling order online and select collection at checkout, then contact us if you’d like to arrange local delivery for 10 bags or more.

Collecting your order
Collection is available for all products. Choose collection at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready.
Collections are from:
Chopsticks (North Yorkshire) Limited, Endeavour House, Thurston Road, Northallerton, DL6 2NA.
Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect.

Delivery costs
All standard UK orders include free delivery.
Local delivery is free for kindling orders of 10 bags or more within Northallerton.

Gifts
If you’re sending an order as a gift, add a note at checkout.
We can include a gift message and remove pricing from the receipt.

Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, use the tracking reference provided or contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away.
